UK Delivery

Amino Bound orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked service.

Tracking information will be provided where available following dispatch.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

We aim to process orders promptly.

Any dispatch or delivery timeframe displayed on our website is an estimate unless a guaranteed service has specifically been agreed.

Tracking Your Order

Once tracking information has been issued, customers can use the Royal Mail tracking service to follow the progress of their parcel.

Please allow the appropriate delivery period before contacting us about a delayed parcel.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for checking that their delivery address is complete and accurate.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered the dispatch process.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

Postal delays can occasionally occur.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please retain the product and its packaging and provide clear photographs of:

• The external packaging;
• The shipping label;
• The internal packaging; and
• The damaged product.

This information may be required to investigate the damage and resolve the matter.

Returned Parcels

Where a parcel is returned to us, we will contact the customer to determine the appropriate next steps.

Additional delivery costs may apply where redelivery is necessary because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was supplied, where permitted by law.
