These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Amino Bound.

Throughout these terms, “Amino Bound”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating under the Amino Bound trading name.
2. Age Requirement
Customers must be aged 18 or over to purchase from Amino Bound.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe this requirement has not been met.
3. Research Products
Products identified as research compounds are offered and supplied for research purposes only.
They are not sold as medicines and are not offered for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of disease.
Information appearing on the Amino Bound website is provided for general research and product information and should not be interpreted as medical advice.
A product's description, laboratory information or Certificate of Analysis should not be interpreted as an endorsement of human use.
4. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that descriptions, photographs, quantities and other product information are accurate.
Product packaging and appearance may occasionally vary from photographs displayed on the website.
Where batch-specific information is available, customers should refer to the information relating to the batch supplied.
5. Certificates of Analysis
Where available, Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided to support transparency regarding independent laboratory analysis.
Where testing for a particular product or batch is still being completed, the product may display COA Pending.
A pending certificate will be published once the laboratory report has been received and reviewed.
A COA relates to the sample and batch identified on the certificate and should not be interpreted as medical or clinical approval of a product.
6. Prices
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed or communicated before payment is completed.
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.
7. Payment
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
Payment methods offered may include:
• Bank transfer;
• Monzo payment link or payment request; and/or
• PayPal payment request where available.
Not every payment method will necessarily be available for every transaction.
Customers should only make payment using payment instructions supplied directly by Amino Bound.
Payment is considered complete once the funds have been successfully received and confirmed.
8. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected goods.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, payment cannot be confirmed, or we cannot lawfully fulfil the order.
Where payment has already been received for an order we subsequently cannot fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
9. Delivery
Orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked service.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless a guaranteed service has expressly been agreed.

10. Cancellations and Returns
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Website Information
We take reasonable care when preparing information for our website. However, research information can develop over time and we cannot guarantee that every piece of general scientific information remains current indefinitely.
Website content is not medical advice.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Amino Bound branding, original graphics, website copy, product photography, educational graphics and other original website content belong to Amino Bound and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Amino Bound is not responsible for losses resulting from use of products outside the purpose for which they were sold or from failure to follow applicable laws and requirements.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable requirements.
The version displayed on the website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
